What is a gift voucher?
A gift voucher is a digital code with a fixed value that you can use to pay at a specific brand, online or in store. Think of it like prepaid money for that brand.
How do I save money with GiftsVoucher?
You buy the voucher for less than its value. For example, you pay ₹950 for a ₹1,000 voucher, then use the full ₹1,000 at the brand. The discount is applied instantly at checkout.
How fast will I get my voucher?
Usually within seconds. You'll see it on screen and get it by email and WhatsApp. During rare delays it can take up to 30 minutes.
How can I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay.
Is there a limit on how many vouchers I can buy?
Some brands set limits per order or per day. You'll see any limit on the brand's page before you pay.

How do I use my voucher?
Enter the voucher code (and PIN, if there is one) in the gift card or voucher section at the brand's checkout. Each brand page has step-by-step instructions.
Can I use more than one voucher in one order?
It depends on the brand. Many allow it. Check the brand's terms on its page.
Do vouchers expire?
Yes. Each voucher has a validity period set by the brand, shown on the brand page and in your voucher details.
Can I check my voucher balance?
Yes. Use the balance checker on our site or in your account, or check directly on the brand's website or app.

Can I send a voucher to someone else?
Of course. Choose "Send as gift", add their name, phone number or email, and a personal message. We'll deliver it for you.

Problems and refunds

My payment went through but I didn't get a voucher. What now?
Don't worry. If the voucher isn't delivered, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method automatically within 5–7 working days. You can also contact support with your order ID.
My voucher isn't working at the brand. What should I do?
Contact us with your order ID and a screenshot of the error. We'll check with the brand and either fix it, replace the voucher or refund you.
Can I cancel or return a voucher?
Once a voucher is delivered, it can't be cancelled or refunded, because the code can be used immediately. See our Refund Policy for full details.
