TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MALABAR E-GIFT VOUCHERS
1. Denomination Range – Upto 99999/-
2. Maximum of 10 E-Gift Vouchers of any denomination can be accepted against single invoice.
3. Types of E-Gift Voucher
I. Diamond Voucher – Redeemable only against diamond studded jewellery
II. Jewellery Voucher – It can be redeemable against any type of Malabar Jewellery excluding gold and silver coins/bars.
III. Universal Voucher – Redeemable against all type of Malabar products including gold and silver coins/bars.
4. E-Gift voucher/s is/are not a legal tender.
5. E-Gift voucher/s is/are redeemable only at www.malabargoldanddiamonds.com and Malabar Offline stores against Malabar Jewellery Products excluding physical or E-Gift voucher/s.
6. Malabar Gold and Diamonds will not be responsible in case of the E-Gift Voucher/s is/are misused.
7. The E-Gift Voucher/s is/are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and cannot be re-validated thereafter.
8. Any unused balance on the E-Gift Voucher will not be refunded or credited.
9. The E-Gift Voucher/s is/are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
